Coaching, mentoring, and managing others is a rudimentary part of advancing in any business career — and at Summit, we choose to teach these essential skills early and often. All Summit employees learn how to motivate and lead a team, how to delegate effectively, how to hold others accountable, and how to have critical conversations.

SALES 101

We consider it essential for each member of the team to understand how to drive revenue. One of the many ways that Summit separates itself from other firms is by providing sales training to all employees. We teach sales skills such as building impulse, active listening, asking qualifying questions, handling objections, and building rapport.

Expansion is always on the mind here at Summit. Like all firms, we need capable individuals to manage new markets and client relationships. But unlike other firms, we don’t hire new executives for these roles. Instead, we actively prepare our existing team members to take on these responsibilities. NOW HIRING: ACCOUNT MANAGER

Description: This is an entry level position with the potential for growth into a leadership position within 1 month. You will begin with basic sales training and learn how to give small presentations within a consumer market. You’ll learn how to adapt to the fast-paced nature of sales and marketing. As you begin to take on leadership responsibilities, you will be trained in the basics of business management in preparation to coach and develop others.

Schedule: Full time

Requirements: This is an entry level position that does not require 3-5 years of previous work experience, as full on-the-job training will be provided. We do prefer candidates with prior internship experience. You must be polished, extremely professional, and great with people.
